So, a church has just hired you to take over the Worship Department. What exactly are you going to do? Sure, you have a God-given talent, but where do you begin? Truthfully, running a Worship Department can be a daunting task indeed! But there are a few tricks  I have learned over the many of being a Worship Minister that can really be of great assistance to both new and seasoned Worship Leaders seeking help and/or new ideas.

This site has many Helpful Tools, such as important Worship Links, Christian News, Bible Tools, Bible Studies, Testimonials, and a Bookstore. Some of the most valuable resources are found in the FREE DOWNLOADS, which has a range of items available including Policy/Procedure Manuals, Helpful Forms, Questionnaires, Evaluations, Ministry Brochures and Charts, etc.

By far the best advice that I can give you, not only for the Worship environment, but in life in general, is to always put your trust in God. He'll guide you through and equip you for His service. So lean on Him.

On a personal note...
When I first started leading Worship, I remember having so many things to think and worry about. As time went on, God slowly proved to me that He had a plan for His church services. He continues to have a definite agenda for each person that walks through the doors every single time there's a service. If you are willing to put yourself aside, He will take the pressure from you, as long as you are willing to let Him lead.

I hope you'll find the information you need to help make your Ministry. If I only had access to this type of information when I began my ministry would've been different.
